Thanks everyone, I'd put 2.5lbs on this week after 10 days off plan (away with work) but I'm back on plan now. Just had a lovely free moussaka yum yum.
No formal exercise as such, just taking the dogs out for a longer walk on a morning, parking at the other side of the car park, taking stairs instead of the lift. I try to drink plenty of water and I have weekly syns instead of daily. I save my hexs for snacks and try to keep my meals free.
