Thanks for ur concern, my day was great diet wise.100% again.It's really hard to drink 3 litres of water a day.Too cold. Howz your day been hun?

Well done for the 100% today. I've been well. I have been in the car most of the day and a meeting so menu temptation was limited had a few teas with a spot of milk and a little lump of cheese. Tomorrow i am working on these two things and doing a 100% day. You really see what you have a strong desire for ! I think i am addicted to cheese!
