Hey Sweetie, Thanks for your good wishes! I did a few different things this week, I started doing Lesley Sansone 1 Mile each day, used 14 Weeklies during the Week and limited my fruit to 1 or 2 portions per day? Not sure if it was one in particular which helped or a combination of all 3 but I'm just happy with the result! X
