I really doubt I will hit the goal I have listed on the names list, but I definitely want to be much closer and I WILL be!
my diet book suggests making reasonable goals, dont set them too hard as youll only feel crap if you fail and not notice that you have still achieved something!
mind you 4 weeks in is only 1/3 of the way, theres still time for everyone!
I wore a bikini to the pool the other day lol! with an added tshirt and a bucket of confidence and a dose of ignorance to my large rear end especially! I wore it! it didnt look good lol! but I was hiding underwater anyway and noticed many large people rocking their swimwear too.
