The last pic, I am not so much holding in my belly on purpose but Im not letting it out fully, Im just holding my posture as Im taught in pilates (which is how I sit and stand all the time!)
would fully recommend pilates to make you look thinner than you are!

That's brilliant news well done xOk I've had my weekly weigh in and delighted to say I've lost 4.5lbs. That means I've lost 13.5lbs in 4 weeks. My target weight loss is 2lbs a week just in time for a schools breaking up so I'm ahead of schedule at the moment.
