11 weeks and 4 days until holiday... Getting there slowly
Forgot to weigh myself again today! Will have to do it in the morning. The girls at work have been doin a mini weightloss group and our goals were to be hit by 1st April. EEK. Hope I've lost a stone as hoped.
Anyway, yesterdays munch:
Monday 29th March
Extra Easy Day
Breakfast : Toast (HEB) Flora (2 SYNS)
Snack : X
Lunch : Spag Bol – Spaghetti (HEB) Mince (FREE) Sauce (FREE) Salad (FREE)
Snack : Carrot Sticks (FREE) Galaxy Ripple (8.5 SYNS)
Dinner : Chicken Curry – Chicken (FREE) Homemade SW sauce(FREE) Rice (FREE)
Dessert: Strawberries (FREE)
Total SYNS - 11
I think I did much better today, this extra easy plan really helps as I like to having just a few carbs with every meal as I'm exercising at night. (Went for a jog last night and everything!!!)
Feeling happy about my progress today and hoping I can keep it up, even on bank holiday!!!
