I was a bit wary as all the other Dukan recipes I've tried (gallette, baked cheesecake, cheesecake topping) have been 'ok' but not something I would rush to make again. The muffins are perfect. I have trouble in the morning as if I am on a 6am start for work, I don't have time for breakfast, so by the time I get to my breakfast break at work (about 9.30am) I am starving and find it very difficult to avoid the cooked breakfasts. Now I can have a muffin on the way to work and another with some yoghurt for my break.
