14 months

In 14 months I have lost almost 3 stone ( got 1½lbs to go), so I thought I would show you a couple of pictures showing the difference
Pic on the left was taken in April 2007, and the pic on the right was taken last Friday

Thanks Totty I'm so chuffed at what I've achieved so far, especially now that people can see the difference
My ultimate goal is to be about 10st. Long road I know, but I'm determined to get there
