Breakfast: 35g porridge 20ml smilk
With cinnamon and nutmeg (hexa + b)
Kiwi
Snack: quarter of wholemeal toast with butter and dairy lee (4)
Lunch: chicken korma and rice, cheese (hexa)
Snack: banana, 3 sweets (3)
Dinner: chicken, veg and noodle stirfry with hoi sin and garlic sauce (3)
Syns: chocolate feast (37.5)
Ugh startin to get a flu plus bad period plus can't walk on ankle so went a bit wild on chocolate. But I've syned it all and for rest of week and only gonna have 7 syns per day max.
