ProPoints 17th times a charm!!!

So few things bout my weekend.

Had such a good day at wedding. But dropped my phone outside church and screen cracked so need to get that fixed this week.

Met loads of new people including one of my best friends boyfriend who is just a dote. But felt great (once I'd stopped feeling sick) bout talking to new people-I'm not always great with that.

Chose really well food wise-though ate very little-only had smoked salmon for canopies-they had brushetta, spring rolls chicken dippers aswel-but all too many pp.
Chose fish starter-crab and prawn in Marie rose on lettuce-and didn't eat the toast. Other starter was chicken and mushroom vol au vents.
Chose sorbet over soup and didn't eat any bread rolls.
Chose beef over sea bass-I know fish wud have been better but didn't want all fish and said I'd only eat some of beef-but only ate 2 bites in end. :(
Then chose meringue roulade over crumble as I love love meringue roulade but didn't end up eating any of it.

Ended up eating pig on a spit at 11.30 then-as I had nothing in my stomach-with salads. Yum. :D

Then yesterday I forgot to say that my friends that visited me-Marian is my godmothers daughter-we grew up together. But my godmother is in her 70s and not in great health so honestly thought she'd never see my house-I'm three hours away from her. So was delighted that she had been with them for the weekend and was with them when they called. I was so so happy-I was always really close to her and still call every time I'm home. It really made my day. :D

Oh and I love my new car! :D

Sounds like the wedding was great (after the nasty bit) & good for you getting in there & meeting people. I always seem confident to people but its just that I force myself, it is difficult meeting new people. Quite often I'm happy enough in the corner just watching!!

lunch:
salad-lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, peppers, spring onion, celery, boiled egg, mayo, ham (4)

snacks:
chicken (1) - random!
diet coke
banana milk shake (1)
icing (1) - random! :)
apple, nectarine (0)

dinner:
pasta, can tomatos, puree, herbs, peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, rashers, cheese (8)

snacks:
alpro soya pudding - got caramel ones but bit too sweet so mixed it with chocolate one and divided them up.. kinda like the rolo yogurts... (2)
bacon sandwich (6)

Total dailies used: 23/26
No weeklies left

APs earned: 3

drinking some peppermint tea now and not going to eat my last few points. genuinely not hungry and in fairness I ate so much over weekend that im not goin to push myself.
stomach is still very tender. :(
Walked up to my friends after work to get some gentle exercise and to collect the spare car key for my old car so if my dad sells it, he'll have both keys.
Otherwise just taking it easy. In work 10am tomoro til 10am wed so no exercise tomoro really then hoping to feel better by wed and go back to gym. :)
 
I hope that's a sleep-in & not a 24 hour waking shift???! It was waking nights at my last place, so never slept in!

Sounds like a plan not to eat all your pp if you're still feeling a bit sore. Hopefully you'll be fully recovered for your long day tomorrow ;)

Hehe-ya. We get paid to sleep from midnight to 7.30am. We have 3 guys who just do the waking nites between them so we don't have to do them anymore thankfully.
Just hope my boss doesn't hang around too long tomoro after meeting. It'll be fine if she doesn't. :D

Ya-hoping my stomach will improve. Just think it's a roller coaster with throwing up then diarrhoea yesterday from IBS-just think my poor stomach doesn't know what to do. :(

You made great choices at the wedding. Well done you.
Hope your feeling 100% tomorrow. Dont do too much too soon when you go back to the gym. Take it easy and listen to your body. try get plenty of fluids and get potassium into ya as you lose a lot when you have been ill

Just think my stomach doesn't know whether its up or down. Its always delicate anyway so just watching what I'm eating extra carefully now.
Ya-gentle enough at the gym but wana get back into it aswel. Other than bananas where do I get potassium?
 
Sounds like you had an eventful weekend, lots of ups and downs. Hope your tummy settles. Today food day sounds good and you did well with the gentle exercise. Hope tomorrow and Wednesdays day at work goes well!

Hoping to get back to normal now. I'm sticking to my dailies but it's more important to me to get my tummy back to normal. Don't often have a sore tummy or throw up-IBS is different pain-so hate feeling like this.
But shur-Im on the mend. :D
 
You can also get it through nuts seeds and lentils and things like that I think :/

Oh-one of the service users at work had his birthday last week and was having some of the cake yesterday and so of course I picked at icing. Tiny piece but said I'd count it all the same. Wasn't even nice. :(

She's doing a few hours each of next 3 days but im finished at 10am tomoro and off til sat so just want her to come after 10am tomoro! :)

Oh i did-forgot to add in that i ate a grapefuit and kiwi there an hour ago. Mite make up a small nibly salad with 0pp dressing and small bit of coleslaw-mite keep me munching til bed. :(
 
Oh no observations are the worst, you always feel like you're messing up even though they say 'pretend I'm not here' yeah right! Fingers crossed she comes later & you miss her & you get a good nights rest tonight :)
