So guys - WI this am. First proper WI on my scales, on a Friday in 3 weeks.....
Friday 26th July - 9st 8.5 on my scales (according to my signature)
- wedding day and night plus following day out and another nite drinking -
Wednesday 31st July - 9st 8 on my scales (I had said I thought my sneaky WI had said STS but I thought I had WI at 9st 8 the previous Friday - wasn't really sneaky but didn't want to rely on my mam's scales at home-which proved to be totally off anyway)
- 12 days of holidays with my family -eating a lot, chips from van a lot, drinking a good bit -
Monday 12th August - 9st 8 on my scales - sneaky WI but wanted some vague idea of where I stood after the holiday
- 4 days of being ok - not great if im honest... definitely went over my weeklies but TMI alert - my BMs have become very regular again -
Friday 16th August - 9st 7 on my scales! Delighted with this. As I said I really havnt been great the last couple of days-eating way too much junk food. Went way over my weeklies last night with icecream and pick n mix-just been a very long week at work. So back on track today with hope to continue the weight loss - though maybe eating a bit more is more!
Also 38 APs this week - pedometer, gym, running on road etc...
7 weeks (to my sisters wedding) to loose 6 lbs! Woohoo!
Nothing big on this week. No drinking for a start!
- Mite treat myself to a takeaway-havn't had a Chinese in forever!
- BBQ tomoro nite in the estate though - family fun day thing... But think ill just eat low pp all day and try and be good. They came around taking numbers for burgers. I said yes id be there but really meant to go out to them after and say ill be there but that I don't eat burgers but think ill just go and just nibble at one, or not eat the bread or something. Because they counted my in specifically, I can't not make an attempt at it.
- Lunch with girls on Tuesday - gona look up menu now-different place. But its in Naas so can go to gym in morn first. hehe...
- Otherwise working Sunday, Monday ,Wednesday so nothing huge!
So that's it. This really cheered my up. Thanks for all your kind words during the week, telling me I had enough APs etc, which obviously I did..... I loved having ye here while on holidays, even if I wasn't on much, and on here for last few days when trying to get back into it.
This is why I need to WI every week.. because it had been a few weeks since an honest WI on my own scales I began to doubt my efforts and thought, there's no way ive lost so I may aswel throw in the towel. But even with eating bad last nite, I still lost. So im obviously eating well all the rest of the times, without overly thinking about it.
And looking back on my holidays, I still don't think I missed out at all. But not worth eating even more crap and not getting my 1lb loss. Im still ahead of my goal of a 1lb a week which is great. And under half stone left! May go back to class next week I think-should be free cos im within 5lbs of goal and im a gold member.
Off to call my mammy-cos she knows I was trying to be good on holidays and I told her id tell her if it paid off!
PS.. really glad I didn't have the raspberry ripple cupcake now yesterday!
