Had lovely meal out last nite for my dad's birthday. Me and one of my sisters drove so no alcohol.
Being at home in general is not helping. Bringing up alot of issues with my sisters and my parents and Christmas etc... :( Feeling a bit crappy to be honest.
Food wise I'm OK though I think. xx

So guys with great intentions of getting back into it today and going to ww class tonite to kick start it, ive realised they're not back til nxt week. Aaaargh!!!!
From someone who worked christmas and new years this 2 week off thing over christmas is annoying me.
But anyway, im still gona try and get back into it today. Gona wi when I get up and go from there.
To sum me up I got to goal 6 years ago but then put most of it back up due to life and ive never got back down to goal. I get within 7/8 lbs of it but thats it.
I had 4 weddings-3 close friends and my sisters last year and I was so good coming up to them and felt great that I just let go afterwards and i haven't stopped. :(
That was start of oct. So im not expecting much from scales but need to focus. :)

Well I weighed in at 10st 8 just now. So ya first goal to get rid of the 10s (again).
My goal weight is 9st.
I do residential shift work so not every week will suit me for classes but as it happens im off next Thurs nite again.
I have a lot of classes around me in surrounding towns but I felt I wasnt get the connection with my leader in other ones so wasnt encouraged to stay. But the one on a thurs evening is good but I used not bother going as I hated weighing in in eveninh but I think ill give it a go but might also keep weighing myself at home on a fri morn like I always did and ill feel that's more consistent. Also itll cover me if I dont make class one week.

i tend to weigh in at a chemist every week but as i was sayin in another thread sometimes they're out of order etc or a meeting comes up at work so i was gonna treat myself to a set of ww scales!
im ok apart from this bad throat! trying to get myself prepared and planned ready to go shoppin the weekend for all healthy foods :) im not startin until monday as thats when im bk at work n find it easier to stay on track!

Ya I bought a ww scales when I started first. I find it reliable. It lives under my living room couch. :)
At least then I can just pop on it on a fri morn.
Well at least you have a few days to get your head into it and get the good food in aswel. Being under the weather mite be your bodies way of looking forward to fruit and veg aswel. :)

Funny how much you miss healthy eating once you've been used to following plan for a while. I can't even be arsed to eat any more chocolate. Hubby was surprised all over christmas I didn't touch my selection box. I've been craving dinners - like meat, spuds and 2 veg lol. Who'd have thought it?!!

When are you planning on starting properly?

Yeah I was saying at work yesterday how I couldn't wait to get back into it. The girls were looking at me as if I had 10 heads. :)
Oh im on it from today-just didnt plan beforehand but think ive 'winged' it quite well. :)

Yeah as much as I know ive put on weight,an awful lot of it is just bloating. Yuck.. :(

Good considering I left the house with no plan!! :) Stuffes after dinner. Gona try and not snack tonite. I know I have weeklies but I need a night or two without picking to break the habit. If I manage not to pick, ill post diary later. :)
