God I was like a zombie yesterday after I came home from work! :(

Tuesday:
Veg Pasta-peppers, onions, garlic, courgette, mushrooms, pasta, tin tomatoes, tomato puree, herbs, quark, crème fraiche, chilli

Snacks:
Kiwi

Dinner:
Steak, mushrooms in quark/crème fariche/garlic sauce, onions, homemade chips, 0pp ketchup and 0pp EL mayo, garlic butter - 1pp

Yogurt with sf jam
Shredded wheat & milk

Going having a pro point day today as I slept in and now going for lunch with the girls. So gona keep snacking on fruit and yogurt for afternoon.
WW class tonight as im working tomoro evening and dinner when I get home. Will have to double check how many dailies im supposed to be on when I get to class-that'll determine how much pasta for dinner! Hehe... :)

Lunch was lovely. Good catch up! :)

Milkshake is literally skim milk and 1 banana and stick the hand blender into the jug and drink straight away. :)

Ha. Just realised I swapped my shift for the weekend. I was supposed to work sat which means tempting takeaway. Instead im working sunday which means healthy roast dinner. Yey!
I wudnt be half as likely to bother getting takeaway at home on sat night. :)
