God I'm still in agony after weeding the other day.
Shud have seen me try climb the stairs to bed last nite-like I was 80years old!
So didn't do as much as usual in gym. Just cudnt. And then I forgot my towel for shower so I've gone home to shower-wudnt rent a towel for sake of it.

Your dumplings look so perfect.. How do you do them?? We never had dumplings in ours but my cousin used to and they were delish.. But we cud never perfect the dumpling so do without

Of course u can Sweetie :) I must confess that this was an Aunt Bessie's Dumpling Mix Packet, it was 50p in Asda and I couldn't make them from scratch for that! Also makes them easier to PP. x

No I wouldn't either.. I always went home for my shower after gym.. Tho its not nice sitting in the car all sweatty.. lol

I usually have one at gym but its only 15mins in car-and only me so had windows rolled down. Ha! :)

They probably aren't quite as nice as Homemade but are good enough for me. I'm just happy that I've got me the dumplings!x

Only eating now. But deep fried chips, pan fried sausages, burgers, chicken kebabs! :eek:
Oh well-this is why I kept weeklies. Will see how I get on when it's infront of me. And will try and point up in my head when I sit down....

UnfortuNately it'll all be put out infront of me I think, So I'll have to pick at some of all of it. But I've said no to cheese on burger and no bun. So that's a start. :D

Very happy with myself today. Ate little earlier in day cos wanted to keep some for dinner when I wasn't cooking it. So had salad and then brought fruit for journey to galway instead of stopping for crisps etc. :D

Also happy re dinner. It was all put on table infront of 3 of us so I filled up on loads of salad, had few chips, one burger and one chicken skewer. Said no to sausage - which was extra long ones - plus wudnt miss sausages anyway.

So we were talking over dinner and they were saying burgers weren't even quarter pounder so quarter pounder is bout 115g so went with 100g for one tonite.
And eating chicken last few days made it easy to say that there was pmmdwgdpm between 2-3pp of chicken on skewer so was just being safe with 3.
And chips I compared to amount I had last sat from chipper-300g for 20pp. Bout quarter of what I'd had sat so went with 5pp.

Very happy bunny now. :D
