1st day today

Hello.
It was my first day today as well. Like you I haven't found to be that bad. Not hungry in the slightest.
Been so excited to start this diet. I've got a lot of weight to lose but I feel determined.

Hi Wowflooze. Good luck. I decided against the soup and went for the chocolate milkshake .... didn't like it so decided to try it hot and its okay. My pharmacist didn't give me any flapjacks so wont be having them! Didn't have my first shake til about 10 am and am on my second now. Dont think i fancy another one before i go to bed though - wonder if this matters .... happy first day x
 
Thank you! I had my first shake at 10am, second at 2pm and third at 6pm. I've drank 3 litres of water which I've found difficult. Lots of trips to the toilet :(
I really think you should have your third shake. If you don't like the thought of drinking another shake just make it into a mouse.
Think I might have a Peppermint Tea in a bit. x
 
Hi guys, welcome and good luck! im on week four and have lost 22lb so far, thought that might give you both some encouragement on your journey! it is hard at first and i do have days where i really fancy certain things but i havent had a slip yet, this site really helps me as it keeps me busy and spurs me on reading other peoples posts, its nice to know im not alone in all this i guess!!
 
Every hour-I wish. I'm only lasting every 20 mins to half hour. I'm hoping this will get better and my body will get use to the amount of water??? I've never really drank water before.
To make the mousse, just use 60ml of water. I haven't tried it myself but have read other comments on here. I imagine you eat it with a spoon which will make a nice change. My Pharamacy didn't have any flapjacks but I will try them next wk. x

I know what you mean about going to the loo constantly, my toilet is downstairs but i think i wish it was upstairs because i would probably have lost much more weight by the constant up and down to the loo!! :0)

Im a bit like you, i get really fed up when im on a regular diet if i am good all week and then find that i dont have a loss,i tend to then think 'sod it' and fall by the way side but with this diet and from the research ive done it seems like most people have a loss of some sort every week so thats keeping my spirits up at the minute! plus its great that you lose fairly big losses in the first few weeks, it really gives me the incentive i need!! good luck on your journey, hope to talk to you and wowflooze alot more as we shrink and continue on our weight loss quest!!

Day 4 nearly over-Thank God!
I've got my first weigh in tomorrow because of the Bank Holiday, it will be 3 days early so not expecting to lose much!??
Just feel so low.

KEEP GOING CLARE!! The worst and hardest part of this diet is the first week, after that it gets much easier (if a little boring! but hey lets face it, dieting of any kind is boring!) focus on why you're doing this and think about the end results!! YOU CAN DO THIS!! good luck hun, have a rant on here if you're feeling low, it really helps!!

Lost 11lbs. Chuffed to bits. Really didn't expect to lose that much :happy036:
Had a flapjack for lunch today and although I hated it at first, it soon grew on me. Enjoyed having something to chew!!! Had it with black coffee so it felt like I was having a bit of a treat.
Feeling so much better today. Yesterday was the hardest day so far.

Well done for the 9lb lose that's brilliant!!!

Find it hard at times but I'm so determined!!!
Not hungry but I've thoght about food A LOT today!
