Hi, just a quick intro. to say "Hi". I've joined the site tonight as I have been very impressed by all the support you guys are giving each other in the war against the flab. I go to Slimming World and have been amazed that I am ENJOYING losing weight. N.B. wasn't impressed by the April Fool's joke about the syn free death by chocolate cake. I know I'm guillible - my husband often makes me aware of that - but that was so unfair. Night, night .
