Well done everyone, you're all doing so well!
I lost 3lbs last Tuesday which I should be really happy about and I am but have just realised I'm unlikely to lose a stone this month-was secretly hoping I'd manage a stone per month at least to get all the REALLY excessive weight off and though I've done more than that up til now, weeks 9 and 10 only add up to 6 1/2. I know it's stupid to be disappointed I'm just a fool.:8855:

laura dont be dissappointed its a marathon not a sprint some weeks seem a lot but others seem slow as long as it comes off and 6 1/2 lbs is a lot nearly half a stone in 2 weeks hun thats fab hun

Hi have you room for another one I have 10 stone to lose and joined sw last november and have lost 4.4 stone so far and would love to lose another 2 stone by July.
I notice you started this thread a week ago and my weighin day is today well at 7pm so this is the end of my first week if its ok I join.

things are good got a day off work, been ebaying (selling) catching up on house work mainly washing wish weather was better if its raining your way no doubt its on its way here damn!! line full of sheets not good lol I keep coming on here also in the middle of everything Im officially addicted and blasting the music my neighbours are hopefully at work or deaf
