2014 diary

Well not powering through exactly but not completely off either!! Got to 3 weeks then had a planned break - struggling to get back in since then! Managing 2 days then a blip - yesterday was a blip so an refocusing on getting back into ketosis. Think part of trouble is I'm going to Dublin next weekend and know I won't be on plan so have changed my thinking to seeing what I can lose in the 9 days leading up to it rather than thinking I might as well restart afterwards.
 
It's so hard to get back on after days off but you just need to focus on why you're doing it and hopefully get your head back in the right place x
