Thanks Upndown. I've worked out my loss for the whole of this month so I'm quite happy overall.

A gain is a pain isn't it? I lost 2lbs on Friday but after a sociable weekend I've put those 2 lbs back on! Will have to be extra good now to even get half a pound off by Friday grrrr....

Some of the losses are great in this thread! I think I might have to update my loss to a minus number come Wednesday when I brave the scales lol

Had a great bounce back week and lost 3lbs so I am happy with that, going to work extra hard this week so I can get to my Half Way Point Mark! :)
 
10k is great,I would love to get there but would be equally as delighted to do a 5k,hopefully il get there by Christmas!

My advice is each run try and run for 30 seconds or a minute longer than the last and then as you get stronger make it another 0.5K more and then a full K more. If you can get in to the swing of running regularly you'll be amazed at how fast your progress and improve.

When I first started I was made up when I ran for 15 minutes without stopping now I can run for over an hour - you've just got to put the time in.

It was my first big goal. Over all I still need to lose at least another 6 stone. Then I'll see how I am but in total I'll probably lose another 10 stone from now. Probably a total goal of 14 stone since the beginning, but I prefer goals that don't make me panic with how big they are haha.

You sound very focused! Definitely a good idea to break it into smaller goals as I think it can be a bit overwhelming otherwise! You must be so proud of yourself you are doing great :)
 
Can someone update my total loss to 3lbs please.pretty crap but to be honest I expected to actually be heavier than I was at the start of the year so il take it lol.i was meant to hit my target my 15th October,that's def not happening but I do feel focused now,not going to weigh until end of October so il see how I get on!

Don't knock urself again - it's a loss and there's always hope whilst we're still posting - good idea to put the scales away till end of Oct - wish I cd - they do my head in!! There's quite a few weeks to go b4 the 2015 challenge starts!
