that's disheartening - what diet are u on?
 
I'm just joining now towards the end of the year. But I want to do a challenge like this for next year. I weight 204.7 now and want to get under 175. So, let's call that an even 30# for 2015. But, i want to cheat~I want to jump the gun and get a headstart now. So, I'm in here as a headstart. My pledge for 2015 is 30# and I think I can have about 5 # of that by the end of the year... So let's say 175 for 12/31/15 and 199 for 12/31/14.

You sound very focused! I always find it better starting at the end of the year rather than waiting for January because in my mind I'm more likely to stick at it if ive started during the year rather than seeing it as a New Years resolution which I will inevitably break lol.good luck with your goals :)
 
I'm not really as been calorie counting. Occasionally doing slim fast or slimming world as can't seem to do any! It's so hard when you don't like most veg, fruit, salad etc.

Sorry your having a tough time at the minute :-( I think that's why I like juicing,vegetables I hate in solid form actually taste fine mixed with other things.ive realised through doing it that I'm really not a fan of most fruits and always ate them because I felt I should,so juicing them and getting the liquid goodness into me is a lot easier than trying to stomach solid fruit/veg

Hopefully something will click with you and you will find a way of eating that you really enjoy and let's you lose weight

Having been quite ill with an ear infection I've not weighed in this week. All being well I'm hoping to be able to exercise again by the weekend and will weigh in on Friday. Going to just accept what I see and know with exercise I'll get it shifted.

After a couple of weeks of avoiding the scales, being ill and no exercise I faced them today and have a 2lb gain. Was expecting a whole lot more so will take that happily. Off to the gym on Sunday for first winter indoor running session hoping getting back into running and cycling now ear infection has gone will get me back on track Oh and can someone please update the list for me? In Jan 2012 I weighed 14st 2 - started exercising/dieting properly and got to 12 st ish- then started to gain - so joined Minis - got to within 5 lbs of goal in June 2014 - now gained 15lbs!

Really need to sort myself out - starting 2moro - asked hubby to keep an eye on me!

Sorry you have been struggling with things,you know you can do great when you are in the zone though :)there's definitely some psychological thing that people must do when they are near goal-I was seven pounds from goal a few years ago then gained 2 stone,don't know what it's all about but it's very annoying!

Are you still doing slimming world?
