Whoops - seem to have had a bad couple of days with quick take away meals and going out for diner last night - need to get back on track today ready for the weigh in on Tuesday which I'm now dreading - looks like I'm going to have to be 100% angel over the next few days to salvage back what i've done, oops! xx

Maintained this week but blame the weather as I haven't been walking as much. Time for a change... walking frame now installed in conservatory so no excuses

I00% diet week and I gained 2.2lb's - PAH!
 
Every 3 weeks I have to weigh in a day early...Just got in from said weigh in and another 3 lbs off :)

Hoping for a good week for all

I don't know what's happened to me ! After doing so well, I've had almost a whole week of totally going off the rails. Literally I've eaten so much **** I feel sick ! What's that all about ! I've put on 3 lb :-(( I'm actually relieved tmrw is weigh in day and I can start afresh with a clean slate. So angry with my stupid weak self. I should've been down to 10.12 this week not back to 11.3 !!!
 
I'm in same boat. Week before last I went off rails before weigh-in, I lost 1lb then but gained this week with 100% week.

I was only 2.2lb's from getting into 13st bracket too now it's doubled!

I agree with this, I've been struggling myself, eaten my weeklies way too soon. I've gone into the minus tonight, plus tomorrow il be off plan for my lunch. I'd love to lose 1.25 this week to take me to my first half stone but since I had a loss last week even after being bad, I'm not confident. Trying to remind myself it's a marathon not a sprint!


Also these challenges are so helpful, if I wasn't doing them I'd have gone and got a Chinese tonight cos I'm starving, but now I'm just having something in the house, yes it's over my points, but damage is way less than what a Chinese would be, so that's a positive thing :)
