Try not to let it get you down bubble, know how you feel, though, when I WI tmrw, the result will set my mood for days lol x Autumn I feel desperate once my weeklies start running low ! Can't believe some folk don't use them lol ! My WI day tmrw - can't wait to blow some weeklies tmrw night !! X
Ohhhh totally need some motivation. Looking to loose 2lb this week so I can hit my half stone but i'm now really worried that i've had such a good loss last week that this week will be terrible. I don't get weighed until Saturday but i'm almost scared to get on the scales to see what they say. I'd be so heartbroken if I put on or hadn't lost. Went to the gym today but so tired hardly put much effort in, 30 mins on the treadmil and 20 on the bike so it wasn't a completely wasted journey - just not of effort was applied!
Lost 2lb this week ! Woohoo! Could some lovely person update the list for me ? Silly iPhone won't do it properly ! Thanks a million. Ps my entry says pledged 19, lost 5. Sadly it should now read pledged 19, lost 3!! This is because of my faffing about in jan ! I'm only 3 down from my starting weight not 5 :-( x
Joanne don't worry 0.8 is a teeny gain! I gain at least 2 at TOTM! Hate it! Bet you'll have a great loss next week !
Jo Kate don't put too much pressure on yourself - if you're doing your best you can't do any more ! Google a photo of one pound of fat and remind yourself how great it is to lose "only" one pound x
