well I have gone 4 days off diet and have put on 7.2lbs really mad at myself that is going to take me weeks to lose. I no I have to be careful with my weight as I gain really fast last time it was 3 stone n 6 weeks. But am back on it on Monday with lots of exercise.
Isn't it always the way - quick to gain - painfully slow to lose? I find if I cut back for a few days after a gain I usually lose a pound a day - I have 3 healthy meals - like egg on toast for brekkie - soup/slice bread for lunch - fish or chicken and veg for tea - fruit for snacks and lots of hot drinks to fill me up! Good luck whatever u decide to do - it will come off!!
