Aaah, Autumn, I was still hungry after lunch so I had a few mini cheddars then a fun size Milky Way, then just couldn't stop ! I thought "f it "! I've ruined it now may as well enjoy it ! Crazy I know ! I will get back on it tmrw !!

We've all been there - but ur doing the right thing and getting back on 2moro - good luck!
 
Lost a pound this week,really disappointed as I feel like it should be more, I weighed in a few evenings and was 11st 1.5 so thought it would have dropped at least 2 pounds by morning :-( I think totm is due which may be causing it but I don't know, feeling a bit crap about it,even though a pound is great. I think the midweek weighing was a bad idea as I've just set myself up for disappointment. I also don't tend to eat after dinner the evening before weigh in whereas any other night I would have a cup of tea and a biscuit, I wonder if I'm letting myself go a wee bit too hungry before weigh in so am bloating a bit. Ah, I don't know, just thinking out loud, but the plan for next week is no scale until weigh in day lol :-(

Argh almost weigh-in time and I feel nervous that I will STILL be around 14st 1lb mark...so bored seeing that sort of weight now lol
 
I think the eating little and often helps.

If I tried to keep allowances for meal times only I would struggle. I'm a big snacker so breaking it down into lots of portions helps.

Plus I drink lots of water and iced green tea to help keep me fuller for longer.

I can relate to this as I'm a big snacker too, especially in the evenings but with eating small breakfast then lunch and evening meal on this diet I don't find the need to eat so much rubbish later on.

I'm a daily weigher too and it doesn't help does it?

Hi - know what u mean about a 1lb loss - but it's 2 packs of butter and going in the right direction - I've been a scales hopper and I still move mine round and round the bathroom to get the lowest reading - now that's really sad! They do do our heads in though!

Fluid retention is a nuisance with could do without too - I've heard it can put up to half a stone on for some!! At least it comes off - but gets u going just when ur at ur most temperamental!!

Sorry you are disappointed. It really could be water retention though if it's totm. Hold onto that thought and think of today as the start of a fresh new week and who knows what this time next week may bring! :)

oooo i'm half a pound up from you-fingers crossed we can break into the tens next week!!!!! i think we should def make a pact to stay off the scales until weigh day!

good luck with weigh in! i always find that my weight seems to take ages when i'm at the top end of one stone or the bottom end of the other, i think thats just a mental thing though lol

i totally do the same, but really have to get back in the habit of just weighing on weigh day as it makes me very obsessive! i don't know if i have fluid retention or not as i felt i looked thinner than usual this morning, so i'm probably just making excuses lol

thank you-i'm just starting fresh and hoping it balances out next week-having some crisps and chocolate tonight, but nothing too insane (i say now lol)
 
AUTUMN ; Well I was 11.0 on tues (11.2 this morning !!) see- it's stupid weighing daily- totally soul destroying ! I'm with you, going to only jump on on a tues morning. I only count the tues WI as official but you can set yourself up for disappointment right enough! I'd LOVE LOVE LOVE to get into the tens come tues !
 
And no I agree Autumn...top end and bottom end takes forever in dieting! I've noticed that too...you get all excited to get into next stone bracket the next week and it takes a month..ANNOYING! lol
 
JUST GOT TO SHARE!! I've just discovered possibly the best ever lush thing to eat AND ITS ONLY ONE WW PROPOINT !! You HAVE to try it ! Chop up a banana, pour over one tablespoon of golden syrup, microwave for approx 45 seconds ! Result ..... Warm, soft banana in lots of sweet runny syrup! It's just like eating a banana fritter! I'm going to be doing this again in an hour lol
