Sorry for all the posts guys, I can't multiquote on the ipad! You are a chatty bunch at the minute, everyone seems in good spirits which I love, it's spurring me on!
First proper day of sw and it went good except I'd planned a jacket potato with beams and weighed cheese, but they didn't have any so I ended up with a cheese salad sandwich and I know the bread was more than my hex b and the cheese was more than my hex a and the coleslaw probably pushed me over my syns,but I did the best I could in the situation so I'm still happy enough lol. It's st Patricks day over here today so I was working overtime at work today, but feeling in very good form, and I'm off tomorrow, yay lol.

Good work everyone ! I lost one pound ! Seems piddly but I did just buy a pair of size 12 trousers so I'm over the moon !! 12- it's been a while can some gorgeous person pls update me on list to say 4 lb lost. (It currently says 5 but I'd gained last week and didn't update :-( ) thank you !! X

Upndown I'm not really a true size 12 yet ! Just lucky trousers lol ! I double checked to see they hadn't been out on the wrong hanger
Don't make weight loss a life sentence..Remember the saying we are what we eat..well I found that out a couple of months ago.I Decided to change and started eating mostly fresh unprocessed foods..it wasn't as daunting as i thought. I was surprised how quickly my body adjusted and if it could talk..(my body that is)it was telling me it loved the changed. My body was processing foods better, my metabolism increased and unwanted fat started to drop off and I've lost 10lbs without trying too hard and avoiding any food. All i did was ensure that this foods i ate were unprocessed and fresh..for instance i didn't know pure natural unprocessed chocolate could taste so good!!..The message here is don't starve yourself just change the way you eat, and yes its stupid weighing daily..
