22 and new!

Just a quick message to introduce myself!

I'm Livi, I'm 22 and 20stone 2lbs ... I've started weight watchers yesterday...

I would really love to find some like minded people

Trying to stay positive is hard. I've lost friends through not going out because of the way I look and more...I'm on my own

Hello Livi!

I am VERY similar to you! I have just started dieting on an Atkins type way of eating. I am also 22 and at my heaviest [last year] I weighed 20 stone 11. Started my recent diet at 19 stone 9 and have lost 7 pounds so far! Wooo.

I too have missed out on the best years of my life [whole of my youth] because I have always been big and very under confident. I am hoping to slim down to 12 stone and take it from there!
