Haha, sounds like you had a fun night out with the Slimming World gang. Don't worry too much about it, one bad night shouldn't make too much of an impact and we all need to let our hair down sometimes.

Crossing my fingers for that 4lbs for you. I need 3lbs for my next award too, really hope we both can do it this week. Would love a decent loss and I'm sure you would too!

Awesome that you're getting exercise in too! I could never face going for a run haha... Way too unfit, but am trying to get some exercise dvds in at home!

Fingers crossed for that nice juicy 4lbs off- 8st loss is like losing a teenage girl or small woman off of you!! Amazing!

Thanks for all the lovely kind comments really great to hear been a big change in my life over last 8/9 months feeling much better and more positive and a lot more healthier

Hope you are all well its pre weigh in day for me so keep things very light will go for a run later this evening another 3 miles see how it goes looking forward it and found doing it last week where I had energy and was bored it was a good release

Hoping to lose this week I have been pretty good 4lbs needed for 8 stone little bit optimistic to expect that but certainly feel I have lost about 2lb

Nothing exciting food wise lately did have some lovely turkey steaks last night very lean with sw roast potatoes with the oxo shake granules over them with veg and mushroom beans etc

Found I am craving popcorn atm and seen tesco do small 11/13g bags and they are between 2.5/3syn so there getting purchased sharpish

Food wise today start with all bran and a green tea rest of the day I have no idea as of yet but wont be anything heavy

Hello all hope your all Ok

Lost 2.5lbs this week which im fine with but have to say should have been more was secretly hoping for 4lb to hit next stone mark but wasn't to be So still another 1.5lb until 8 stone should be next week well has to be otherwise I will go mad and have a good old sulk lol

Got homemade burgers tonight mrs wasnt too pleased as I said if i get 4lb loss then we will have an indian (I have a treat every stone I hit)

quick question for fellow slimmers do you feel bloated atm I am which I feel doesnt help if so what do you recommend?
 
You've got that 8st award in the bag next week! Hopefully the waiting will make the indian taste even better.

I've heard green tea is meant to help feeling bloated. Never tried it myself though, so don't shout as me if it tastes like piss! :p;)
 
Fab loss again and for it to still be coming off as you upping exercise shows how sussed you have the plan, Only thing I would say is with all the extra exercise your doing be careful of under eating we still need a fair few cals and sometime I read your food diaries and my stomach rumbles you will need more food now exercising or your losses mayl drop off a little xx

P.s you bugger your half a pound lighter than me now lmao xxx
 
Hey jma, congrats on the loss. 2.5lbs is a great loss! You should be chuffed.

As for the bloatedness, when I feel like that I up and water and drink green tea like Bev said. It really does help

Massive massive smiles today went shopping at nearest centre now you have to remember shopping is a new thing for me as I had to buy every item of clothing from the internet when I was at my biggest I still used to go into shops but it was a lost cause I was never going to find anything for myself at that size and even if i did go to specialist shops there were either over priced or just awful to look at

Its a huge thing for me and another sign of progress I loved trying some of the clothes on some fit some didn't but important thing was I felt comfortable in there and there was a purpose to it rather than me just walking in and admiring clothes but knowing there was nothing there for me

So.....on that note this time last year my jeans were size 56 waist yup HUGE now I am happy to say the jeans I purchased today was 42 a whole 7 sizes smaller obv still a fair bit of work today but very happy

So food wise has been Ok im going to eat more food this week to try and kick my body along a bit think I maybe eating to few calories if im honest had some lovely gammon and sw chips tonight with beans pineapple and mushrooms really nice meal especially with Gammon being fairly cheap and love it with the pineapple ,Got chilli con carne tomorrow to take to work with me so looking forward to that!!

Have a good few days and enjoy the weekend will update either tomorrow or sat!!
 
Wow, that must be awesome! I'm the same, haven't been on a proper shopping trip for agggesss. Must have felt great to buy those 42's! All my clothes are from internet shops like Simply Be. Wanting to lose a few more stone before I update the wardrobe a bit, but honestly can't wait for my pre-uni wardrobe update!

Good luck with upping the calories, as you know I'm doing the same this week so it'll be interesting to see how it affects our losses next week! If the worst happens and we gain we can just chalk it up to experience and carry on as normal, but I'm guessing the extra calories will really help our metabolism. Fingers crossed, eh! If I don't see a loss higher than a pound next week I'll be gutted!

Hello all hope you are all well

My weight hasnt shifted this week so far seem to be in a rut so hoping a very very spicy chilli can give me a boost tonight going to change a few things in the coming weeks and reassess what im doing and eating and see if any tweaks can be made

Looking at changing my gym new one near my offering gym at off peak times for £12.99 would save me over £20 a month

Food wise
Breakfast green tea and fruit
Dinner - Beef stew and 3 cheese light triangles mixed in
Tea - Chilli and rice

Syns - Popcorn 5.5 syns
Hot choc 4syns

congratulation on losing weight .Why not try to do success express for a few days , hopefully will help you losing more weight , because you said about your weight not shifting this week.

Sooo its that time of the week weigh in day tomorrow and desperate to get my 8 stone award this week has been good and I have eaten well so fingers crossed bought myself another pair of jeans today haha can't help myself after years of having horrible huge overpriced clothes I am loving it!!

Tried pulled pork earlier very very nice is defo on the fave list also bought some curry mixes from mrs shah waiting on them will put up review once used and bought some mayflower curry sauce which im looking forward to trying with some chicken and rice 5.5syns for 28g

Using a fair few syns on metcalfe popcorn lately cant get enough of it lol

Will update tomorrow hopefully with good news ;)
