29 Stone Start Weight Diary by Lou

Just did another 1 mile walk video. Phew am sweaty!! I am going to try to do it twice a day this week just to see if I can get in to the habit of it. While I'm doing it it seems like its taking forever but after I've done it its like nothing and its only 15 mins.
I'm not ready to do 30 mins altogether so I will separate them for now but hopefully I will be fitter soon :) xx

I just did 1 mile vid before breakfast and will do another one tonight. I feel positive that I can continue doing it twice a day and hopefully it will boost my losses. Xx

Afternoon Lou, just nipping in quick while little legs eats her lunch... Well i didnt make it to join a RC class today, had a meeting at school about my son, hes in the process of being statemented because he has aspergers... Hes my 2 for the price of 1 son :) , got lots of meetings comming up and tuesday seems to be the day of choice, so came home, had a look fb and i managed to get 3 months online RC for £24 so im now an online member :) . Ive set up a diary over on the Rc section aswell. Hope your ok mrs slim pig, catch yous laters x

How many kids do you have? I have one son who is 12 in september. It sounds like things are moving forward with your son :) glad the school is being helpful. I'm not sure what statemented is though.

Well done on signing up to RC. Does that mean you can go to class aswell? I'll pop over to rc and see if I can find your diary.

I'm ok, I've had a lazy day today as I didn't sleep too well lastnight, had a bad headache. I get cluster headaches and I hope to god I don't get anymore anytime soon :(

I've got an easy meal planned for tea time. It's my version of meatballs and spag. Linda McCartney sausages cooked in the oven then chopped up into 4 and added to Tom and herb sauce and WOW it's so yummy coz the sausages soak up all the sauce and they are much nicer than any meatballs I've had :) the sausages are 101 cals each. I get them from Iceland, cheapest place - £1.50 for 6.
My new favourite thing! Prefer them to real sausages!

My son is in after school sports today so I don't have to get him until 4:30 then I have to rush to the other side of the county to pick up my partner from work coz our other car is at the mechanic.

Welcome to minimins and well done on taking the first step :) get yourself on the team 50 Christmas challenge coz there is loads of support on there. It's only started 2 days ago.

I've had my ups and downs but I'm back on track now. The sign of strength is picking yourself up again so never give up.

What diet are you going to be doing and what are your goals and dreams for the future? Xx

Lol I'm up now :) but good night! Xx I've done 10 mins of the Leslie sansone vid while was waiting for my top to dry a d I've had a bowl of Special K chocolate for breakfast. It's really quite nice :) I'm missing toast and marmite though as I prefer savoury to sweet so I will that on Friday after my weigh in as a little treat :) This week is going so well, I hope I can keep it going. Me and joe have decided on no takeaways for 4 weeks starting last Friday and as he goes away at the beginning of June for 5 days on a tree rigging climbing course to north Wales we said we will have a takeaway or go out for a meal when he gets back. Oh how I will miss him :( So yeah, 4 weeks of healthy evening meals. It gets hard around TOTM coz I get so much pain and awfulness that I have zero energy to cook and joe works 9 hard hours up a tree everyday and doesn't wanna cook either so we resort to ordering in. I will have to think up some super easy oven meals to throw together this month. Thing is with that is that it's usually carbs, like pizza and oven chips and I don't like to have too many carbs in one meal. As tonight is Wednesday and my son goes to his granddads for the night, it's date night :) so joe has requested garlic roasted chicken with cheesy BBQ wedges and salad for tea. So that's what I'll be making as soon as I get in from the school run coz the wedges take forever. We will watch a movie together and it will be lovely :) that'll be after I've done my Leslie sansone walk in my bra and knickers coz I get so hot and sweaty :) I'm just trying to busy myself with housework at the mo. not sure what lunch will be. Prob a sandwich and a yog and a cuppa tea. Hope everyone's ok :) xxx

Sounds good Lou :D what about pre making some meals and freezing - So when you get that no bothered feeling with TOTM you can shove it in the microwave or oven? I like the no takeaway for 4 weeks idea... does it include drinks? much love :D have a good day :D
