Just realised I've lost the equivalent of my daughter in weight. Wow! She is heavy! 2stone such an achievement. Still feel I have way to go but it's so doable!

Time for another ramble.
Feeling strangely motivated today. I've been a bit strict with myself the lat two weeks and not had many syns and cut portion sizes. So consequently feeling quite hungry. I know you are not supposed to feel hungry on Sw so this week in really going to fill myself up with free and super free and have at least 10syns per day to see if I still loose. I have it in my head that I need to have 5-6 syns or I won't loose. Think it's a guilt thing.

Anyway have done this weeks menu plan and shopping is all in place. Bought 2 packs of scan bran tonight and just need to find some quark to make a cake with tomorrow night.

Thinking about targets again.
Have set my target at 10st but in my heart I don't think I'll get there. I think I will be more successful at maintaining 10st 7lb. Which leaves me less than a stone to loose now, well 13.5lb lol.
Should I reset my target at group?
