Breakfast: Banana, coffee (1), tea (1), 2 x Weetabix (heb), milk (hea), 2 tbsp. raisins (2)
Lunch: Aisley harriot veg cous cous (1.5), fresh tomato and onion, reduced fat hummus 1 tbsp (1.5), fat free muller yoghurt
I really enjoyed my lunch, adding some hummus, tomato and onion to the cous cous made it taste amazing! It's great for a quick lunch.
Dinner: Jacket potato with beans and cheese, fruit salad

I have a poorly boy today, so nursing him and I have got through a load of ironing. I find cleaning/ironing stops me from snacking and being naughty, anyone else like this?
