I'm doing 4 meal paks
shake or porridge for breakfast
soup and bar for lunch / afternoon snack
mealpak with veg for dinner
I'm finding it hard not having a lot in the evening- how do others get by in the day and have a meal pak with protein?
any advice great fully received xx
