Had my last pack at 4:45pm as I was feeling faint again..

So a bit if a fast till next meal tomorrow at 10:00am 🤔

Yep... so far so good.... I've just been so busy this week with work and the kids....

It's great not havin to think about food too much... and the guilty feelings of having a sharing bag of crisps to myself...

I'm not craving anything at all... thankfully

Hopefully it keeps going this way for me...

We all know weekends are difficult.... that will be my real test

Oooh indeed, 😂 on the frying pan with a little oil

It was a honeycomb Shake then I put some of the raspberry syrup on it.


Had to scrape it off ...I think I need a new non stick pan

Tasted fab though if you didn't really look at it 🤣🤣
 
I cook the pancakes on the lowest of heat until the top is no longer liquid then carefully lift it from the pan using a spatula and flip it to cook the other side. They stick when the pan is too hot. It takes about 10 mins but works well for me - hope this helps for future ones

Morning Mich, I thought that that I was the only one mad enough to get up this early on a Sunday 🤣
I know mad yokes we are..😂

... I'm in a habit now of up early bed early.... I might sit and attempt to read a book I bought yesterday while everyone else is asleep 😂 I need complete silence to read which is hard to come by in my house....
 
DAY 9
Milk tea shake (got one to try 🤔 )
4oz Roast beef with cauliflour rice and 🥦 and butter and salt. (Delish)

100ml of non 0%wine🍷
1 can of 0% heinekin🍺
1 can of coke zero
Camomile tea☕
1 coffee
Fizzy water

Some mixing of drinks there (no hangover though 😂)


MFP: 717 calories

And still no excersie (going for a walk at lunch time tomorrow to try squeeze a walk in) if its not raining...🙂
