3 Positives for today...

For today - if I can!!

1 - went into work ok

2 - had a costs coffee treat

3 - nothing to do for rest of the day so can relax!'
 
1. I had a great workout this morning
2. Me and my OH cooked a superb lunch
3. Game of Thrones marathon this afternoon :)
 
1. did boxing even though I felt shattered
2. feel good after staying healthy last night
3. only 6 weeks left until I go home!
 
1 - back on plan (so far ) and feeling good

2 - looking in the mirror this morning and smiled! I actually liked what I saw!

3 - Has been doing some work and have managed to tick off a lot from my list (and is not stopping yet!)
 
1) done my penultimate day of 30 DS
2) didn't go out for lunch even after watching 2 episodes of man v food
3) fish tank is looking less cloudy
 
1. I did an awesome biggest loser yoga workout :party0011:
2. I measured myself and my waist is smaller than my bust at last! :character00100:

3. I am enjoying a lovely rainy day indoors with my OH and our little cat-child :heartpump:
 
1. I am pretty much up to date at work :character00255:

2. I am feeling revved for my May challenges (360 minutes of exercise, 8.5 lbs of weightloss) :winner:

3. I can really feel the burn from yesterdays workout - my abs are killing me! :character00116:
 
1) finished the 30 day shred
2) lost at least an inch everywhere after doing the shred
3) finished the 30 day shred (yes I'm feeling VERY positive about it!!!!!)
 
1. Made a Syn free cottage pie last night for this evening dinner, great success, it was gorg.

2. Treated myself to some cheeky Mikado that I dweeb searching for all weekend.

3. Defeated the blue fluff in my bathroom (from new blue towels I put out on Friday) my bathroom no longer resembles a cookie monster.

For yesterday:

1 - had a 100% day

2 - went into work early, stayed late and feel much more up to date!

3 - had home made soup for tea - yummy!
 
1. decided to do my cardio workout and got through it again without having to stop - the last time wasn't a fluke!
2. it's finally May and summer's coming!
3. i had halloumi for dinner - damn i love that stuff :D
 
finding it hard to be positive today but here goes.
1. had a walk. not along one, and it knackered me out, but I still did it.
2. mango. mangos are always positive!!
3. Sophie's new french story books arrived and I read her one about a mushroom and only needed to use google translate for one word lol. I also rather enjoyed laughing about the story with her because it's about a mushroom who keeps getting asked by a slug if she can nibble his hat and he keeps telling her to go away and stop asking, how would she like it if he asked to nibble HER head etc...
 
My 3 positives for today:

1. I exercised on the wii
2. I had a nice lunch out with former work colleagues (0 syns!)
3. I picked up a chocolate cookie to scoff but i actually put it down again :)
 
- Started tidying my office
- Spoke French with my neighbour for 1.5 hours(99%)
- Resisted chocolate with my coffee
