3 Positives for today...

1: Wearing knee high boots which were mega-tight on my calves last year fit comfortably over my skinny jeans today
2: Picking up my bridesmaid dress tomorrow ready for my best friend's wedding in March
3: Loving being back on plan after 4 weeks off for travelling/holidays. 5 days of 100% - done!
 
1. Had an overdue conversation with someone & now feel better about things

2. Got a letter I've been waiting 9 weeks for & now I'm ok to book a holiday when new brochures come out in April :) - feeling like I want to get back on track now too

3. Have arranged a night out with a friend on Friday!

4. i have also finished my Christmas shopping & birthday presets for son & daughter (end Nov & beg Jan!

Sorry I have 4 today but not really had any for a while x
 
1. Went to Tesco and got my shop done for the next week...managed to pay in cash too. Then, on the way home I popped in to my grans and she gave me £20! Bless her wee heart and she gets sooo angry when you try to tell her to keep it...so i kept it haha!
2. Went to the gym and am back on plan.
3. Was off work and had some much needed me time after a silly weekend.
 
1. Back on track 100%...
2. Starting to feel better after a heavy cold for over a week...
3. Not long til half term, and as I've had the cold now, should be bug free...fingers crossed.
 
It's weigh in day.
I've been completely back in control this week.
I'm having a delicious homemade shepherds pie for tea, and have been looking forward to it all day :drool:

  2. I feel positive about following the plan this week
  3. I’m looking forward to chorus tonight – even through there’s only 1 rehearsal after this before convention. Eek!
  4. A sneaky 4[SUP]th[/SUP]… my best mate seems happier & is now able to join me for my 30[SUP]th[/SUP]

3. Done loads of body magic today already and that's before my evening run
 
Bought my first ever pair of size 10 jeans, always used to be a 16 in so feels lovely!

Quite looking forward to weigh in tonight because after my 21st birthday celebrations I just want to get this week out of the way so I can move forward

1 - Positive going into WI knowing that even if it's not a great loss, I've felt more at ease with the plan again and the SAS sheets have really helped
2 - R has a job interview today
3 - 6 sleeps to convention (or 5, since we're driving down Friday am)
 
1. exercise done and dusted
2. WI tomorrow so I can get over my pizza overload on Friday
3. Weathers rubbish but I'm stuck in doing housework anyway so can stay nice and warm
 
1. After two really bad days off plan I've stuck it today and used zero syns
2. Day off tomorrow!
3. Found a new love for pickled gherkins and they're superfree, good times
 
Weigh in done and out of the way, fresh week ahead after that half a lb gain
Made my first nachos (lasagne crisps) and chilli for dinner which was lovely
My boyfriend has an interview tomorrow for a job he would really love
