30 Day Shred Challenge

Never even heard of the 30 day shred. I had to google it!!!! I am thinking about getting it from play. Is it really that good?? I'm at target and lost just over 6 stone. So need to tone up. Is this the answer?!?!?! 20 minutes sounds like a breeze, but from reading reviews and what you guys say on here; obviously not!!!! Maybe I should YouTube it.
 
It'll get so much easier with time doc! Honest, exercise just does. Having said that I went too far this time 90 minute Bikram class the room was hitting for 50 degrees Celsius and day 2 L 1 shred after it......when will I learn?!
 
Just finished day 1 level 1 and it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought! Pushed me mega hard but as you can always see the end of the section I got through it without stopping! Let's see how I feel later though! Lol
 
I felt better when I got up today, a little stiff, but nothing a bit of retail therapy couldn't cure!!

What do you mean? Is there something on the screen that tells you how long is left? I never even noticed!!! To busy trying to get my breath back!!
 
Sorry, Doc, no, there isn't. But I meant you know you're only ever doing a maximum of a minute of something so you always feel like there isn't an infinite amount of time ahead! xx
 
Agreed the short times make it doable
 
Now I see - I keep thinking its only 20 mins, its only 20 mins and the constant changing means I don't have time to get bored!!
Level 1 day 3 just done - boy that was harder today than the first time!! I think it may have been the heat....its been scorching here today! It's great to see day after day of sunshine - and a chance for me to wear my new size 12 tops!!
 
Day 2 - done! Shoulders hurt more during it than anything else but can tell my whole body will be agony later! Might have to ask OH for a massage! Good luck to everyone else who's getting shredded today :) x

Well done! I have been in agony for 2 days but feel fine this morning! Day 4 done x
 
That's good to hear! I'm thinking tomorrow will be the worst so I've just got to push through the pain barrier! lol. Well done on Day 4 - that's basically halfway through L1 - brilliant! :) x

Level 1 - Day 4, shredding complete!! Much easier today, thank God! I found myself watching Natalie the whole way through to try and stretch myself as it felt easier today. I am convinced my tummy looks less wrinkly today...3 children and 2st+ weight loss has not done my stomach any favours! I may well be fooling myself, but if it convinces me to carry on with this, then its all good!!!

Ohhhhh..... Pleased to hear that. I'm doing it because of my skin..... Mine has been dispatched today so hoping the postman will deliver it tomorrow for me.
 
Have to say I loved Shred today cause I was able to do it despite the soreness from my match last night :) happy days bring on Day 4!
 
Me too! I was really hurting when I got up, but once I got going, it was fine. I'm already finding the cardio is getting easier although the pushups are absolutely killer! And the lunges burned a lot today too! All good though. Day 3 - DONE! x
 
Agreed the pushups are def the hardest part of the circuit are you doing the modified or full version? I try to do the first set full and the second set modified and hopefully be day 10 ill be doing full ones on both sets.
P.S. unrelated question but how did you get your tickers to line up side by side I couldn't do it? :D

I'm still struggling with the modified! One day I'll do full ones, but I don't think it'll be for a while! lol.

With my tickers, I inserted a table into my signature - 1 row, 2 columns - and pasted the code for each ticker into its own cell :)

And come on, Kelly - you know you want to join us! :) xx
