30 day shred l1: Starting 27-08-2013...anyone wanna goin in??

Well done!

My thighs above my knee are sore and so are my arm oh and the abs too.

I feel so unfit but feel great that am trying to do something about it too
 
Didn't do the 30shred today to give sore muscles a rest

Rumour has it that your body also retains water during exercise. I looked into in and it true...your body retain water when starting a new routine. When using muscles in new ways, or muscles that haven't been used in a while, they basically tear and then retain water to protect and heal themselves.


So after your body gets used to it weight loss shud not be a problem...so for now going to be doing my 30shred every other day.
 
Saturday and Sunday I normally go hiking...

So will do 30 day shred during the week
 
I spoke to Rob at Slim and Save and he said only light exercise so I'm going to do 30 day shred shred Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
 
I am with you on those days :)

Its still going well....still hearing my thighs clapping...lol

I am enjoying it....I feel better for doing it
 
Feeling lazy today...got housework to do :(

Weekend we normally go for a hike but rain is forecasted so may ve to do my 3rd work out on the weekend instead....will see how my day goes...I would love to get it done today
