I've been doing this and just finished 4 days ago, 10 days on each. I actually quite miss it though!Definitely strengthened my muscles and I lost an inch or two as well. I've now gone back to Davina's 'Power Of 3' for a while for a change and it's soooo easy in comparison, but will go back to shredding soon. Has anyone tried 'Banish Fat Boost Metabolism' with Gillian? She's my girl-crush at the mo!x
