I did 15mins of level 1 yesterday, almost killed me my weights are 3kg (I think) I was really struggling with the weights side of it so maybe they're too heavy, plus I cant bloody find my weights anywhere. Anyway, my legs are absolutely aching and its 25 hours since I did it, like, when I go to sit down I freeze and cant move with pain, its my thighs just above the knee...agony so i'll give it a miss tonight.
Does it really make you put on weight? Is that maybe just for the first few weeks?
