32 pp and struggling im only reaching around 18 !!!

heya all,
first of all i was ver shocked when allocated 32 pp althought due to my weight i knew i would be on slightly more (im currentyl 14st 8)

my day:

breakfast: fruit salad 0 points
honeycombe choc bar 2 points

mid day hot choc and caramel 1 point

lunch: 2 x pittas with salad 6 points
yoghurt 1 point
fruit 0 point

tea: quiche / ready meal / piece of meat 6 - 8 points
with salad / fresh veg 0 points

evening: hot chocolate 1 point

i am not hungry and dont wanty to eat when i do not need toim having all my fruit and veg this isnt a issue as i love it all just a shame its 0 points in a way because im filling up but not adding points im not keen on fizzy drinks am having plenty of water though will it harm me not having my 32 pp but from what i have gathered should i been trying my hardest to have 26 ? maybe have a extra choc bar or something ?? thank you x x x x
 
Maybe when you have the pittas for lunch have some tuna mayo, ham, cheese, chicken or sausages?
Or porridge, full english or cereal for brekki
I personally wouldn't have an extra Choc bar as treats re my downfall.
I would hav a snack of some meat, yogurt, cheese, cereal with milk porridge.....

When I first started ww I too was shocked with how many propoints i was told I could have. But when you sit down and read you weightwatchers books or come on here you can find loads of ways to make them all add up. Like I said in my other post meats, yogurts and cheese are good things to have to make up points.
Try starting a food diary on here if you already haven't and you will get loads of advice and encouragement from other minimins members. I have to say if it wasn't for me coming on here I probably wouldn't I got to goal, I made the mistake of not coming on here for he support and I put weight back on. So I'm back and I'm back for good!

Try and use em whilst you have em cos they dont last long!

Seriously though as purple said try to bulk out your meals with added extra ie when you have your yoghurts have a higher pointed version for now. Thing is youve been given that amount for a reason. Really try to eat them and if not speak to your leader as she might have a solution for ya. (im on 46pp a day btw!)
 
I agree that you definitely need some protein in those pitta breads. I'd also have something proper for breakfast rather than a chocolate bar (yes I know you have the fruit salad as well, but have something proper with points).

I'm on 30 pp and to be honest, I struggle and rarely use them all up (was on 33 when I started). I am usually having 5 for breakfast, 6 or 7 for lunch (focusing more on the protein than the carbs), and then anything from 10-15 for dinner.
 
Thanks for your tips much aprreciated I think I will have some toast for breakfast and put some chicken in my pittas x x
