Ok so weigh in day today mmm i think i may have gained if i stayed the same i will be over the moon! Having a binge on your first week is not good but i have learnt from it.

well i lost 1.5lb not a good loss but i seriously over ate on tuesday by a vast amount!! so hopefully i will make my 2lb target next week xx

I wonder if writing this is helping anyone, thanks jaly for reading i think you are the only one! I am going to go for a run today prob be walking most of it but its a start xx

I'm here now!!! I subscribe to so many people I don't always have time to check the boards for new people so I quite often miss things.

Hope you are getting along ok. I find I like to snack so tend to have low point lunches so I can do that and it seems to work for me.

The few weeks are the hardest to get your head around and then suddenly it clicks xx
 
Thank you Hun low pp lunches seem like a good idea :) it odd somedays i find it really hard to use my points others it's a doddle 39pp is a lot though xx
 
I have 31pp and struggle to use them yet when I started I thought it would be hard. Sometimes I am no where near and following some lovely advice from people on here I have a glass of milk or a full fat yoghurt to use them up. You should try and use them as under eating is not good xx
 
I bought some full fat yoghurt getting delivered tomorrrow and i use full fat milk but i am changing to dairy alternitives this week as i know i am dairy intorelent does not stop me though but i thought changing my milk might give my stomach a bit of a break xx

you are doing well really hoping for a good loss to keep me motivated next week xx
