8lbs down today and it isn't my official weigh in until Sat morning, even if I don't lose anything else Im over the moon with 8lbs, be even happier if I can manage another pound or two between now and weigh day as my loses after the first week, really slow, the second week is usually around half the first week and then the weeks after that are on average half of the second week loss.
I have three days planned off for December, as I have a birthday, a Christmas party and Christmas day but Im going to try and just stick to those three days off and get straight back to the diet the other days, I know how easy it is to let those few days turn into a week or two... or a month and you gain back most of what you have lost.
