5 a day challenge?

Not sure if this has been done before but would any like to do this? We can post daily what fruit and veg we have had - and aim for 5 portions?

Pepper and pear soup 1 portion
Blueberrys 1 portion
Strawberry 1portion
Grapes 2 portions
 
I've not done so well today.

1 pear
1 mandarin
Dried cranberries
 
I've come from SW where fruit and veg were free so it's hard accounting for them now so I'm deffo in for this challenge :D

Raspberries & Blueberries
Banana
Apple
Mushrooms
Onion

I know but they re still important for health and they mosty low in cals xx

I've been doing this every day, as a little challenge to myself.
I've had:
Tuesday
Banana,
Melon,
Orange,
Lettuce,
Cucumber
a kiwi
And a general salad :)

Weds

Raisins apple banana (in porridge)
Two cups of salad (lettuce cabbage cucumber onion radish)
Peppers onions and sweet corn in my curry
Whole granny smith apple

Wednesday
Honeydew melon
Orange
Lettuce
Cucumber
Banana
Carrot
Sweet potato
and a little onion ^.^;
 
I've managed my 5 a day today.

Mandarin, banana, 2 large helpings of mixed salad and I'll have a pear later on :)

Lettuce, cucumber, potatoes, carrots = 4

Ooooh today I had a few portions lol

Dried mango and pineapple (reckon there was at least one portion)
Tomato soup (I'm not convinced this counts but the NHS claim it does)
Green beans
Broccoli
Peas an sweetcorn

Possibly not the full five but not bad going. Lots of green veggies today anyway.
