Today is gonna be a good day for veggies.

Dried cranberries
Big old mixed salad (radish pepper lettuce cucumber celery tomato onion etc)
Carrot potato onion swede in my cottage pie
Broccoli green beans peas sweetcorn WITH my cottage pie.

Vegelicious!!!
 
Wednesday:
Banana
Orange
Cucumber
Satsuma

Going to have a portion of sweetcorn with dinner :)

That eating clean seems to be going well! keep up the good work!

Thursday:
Carrots+cucumber (probably only one portion combined even though the carrot was all of my vitamin A for the day)
Banana
Orange
1/2 onion
Sweet Potato
A big carrot :)

ETA + A school bar, which I think is one of your 5 a day as it's just dehydrated fruit

Yellow pepper

That's quite low for me - need to refocus x

Bumping this again as its a good thing to keep doing!!

Today..... Again...... Ludicrous amounts of salad. Maybe 5 veg portions worth!!!

Tomorrow I'm gonna try for some fruit and more iron rich veggies. Salad is great but I eat too much of it lol.

Bit low today and failed miserably on the green veg front!!

Big old salad (lettuce cabbage pepper onion tomato cucumber celery)

Your big old salad looks like loads of veg to me! Wish I liked salad without a lovely creamy dressing on.

I've had

Mushrooms
Aubergine
Tomato
Sweetcorn

And an orange. Woo I'm usually around 4 a day - of course there's no science behind eating 5, but it's a nice challenge to have under your belt and means you eat less fattening food.

Can I count popcorn???? Looooool it does come from a plant.......sort of........

Today will be low :(

Peas carrots strawberries onions tomatoe and peppers but all quite small helpings.
