Yesterday I was so pleased. Had a bit of an eating out session. However I'm trying to Trust in the diet as it really worked last week so suck to my suggested calorie intake. So fast day number one for this week starts today:
Feeling really run down at the moment so not been doing any hard exercise, just walking. Because of this I think I'm going to do a 3:4 day this week until I'm able to move my arse again!
