Too true! Think k kick finally arrived today (day 7), feeling good, and jeans r starting to feel bit looser! Woohoo can't wait to find out if I have lost weight (bloody better have!) at my first weigh in tomorrow! x

I do feel good but funnily being out and about I didn't drink enough water (hate sat night pub toilets) and now feel dehydrated and ever so slightly like a hangover lol but yes very chuffed wasn't sure I would make it

Had a 7lb loss for my first week. I have decided to give in to temptation and poured myself a glass of dr pepper zero tonight does that mean I haven't been 100% today?
