Started CD on January 02nd, 2008

Today is day number 7, I don't know why, but I am feeling very hungry..... but wont eat!!!!

Don't worry about the hunger, drink lots of water and have an early night, you'll feel loads better tomorrow. I think I'm in ketosis now, I've been feeling great today, not even fancying Xiao Zhou's stir-fried garlic broccoli!
