8 Week Xmas Cracker Plan

Hi all,

I plan to lose another stone by Xmas so thought a diary dedicated to this would work well for me. I currently weight 11st5 and getting well into the tens at 10st5 would be amazing!

I will log my food diary daily and log my thoughts and feelings starting from today.

Tuesday 29th October

Breakfast
2 Weetabix -hexb
Splash of milk -hexa 1/2

Lunch
chicken and mushroom pasta sauce (free)
Brocolli
Peas

Dinner
mash
mushy peas
linda McCartney sausages x2 (4syns)


Snacks
1/2 freddo popping candy (2.5 syns)
Velvet crunch (4 syns)
Small glass of red wine (4.5 syns)

Wednesday 30th October

Breakfast
1 slice wm toast hexB
banana and strawberry sauce 2 syns

Lunch
low fat chilli chicken supper noodles
cucumber with 1x lc light hexa (part of)

Dinner
Lasagne 2syns and hex a of cheese
sw chips

Snacks
Velvet crunch (4 syns)
small glass of wine (4.5 syns)
Icecream 3 syns
2 small glasses of beer (3syns)

Looking good - make sure you're eating one third of the plate as super free food.

Thank you! I'm really trying its just hard going from eating literally no fruit and veg to some with every meal. I think I might have to find some more types of fruit/veg and salad that I like.

Let's just say yesterday turned into a synathon and today's not looking too great! Big food shop this afternoon will get me on track for Tomorow.
 
Hi Rosie :) thought I'd follow you! I'm nearly your weight I'm now 12 stone ( was 11 but had wedding/honeymoon weight gain lol )and want to get to 9.7 stone eventually. Keep it up!! Xx

Hi! Ooh I have a friend! Do you have a diary I could follow? You've done great looking at your stats you must be proud. My motivation keeps coming and going at the moment grr.x

Yeah I've just made a new diary its called honeymoon is over hello slimming world. Its in the same section as yours :)
