Hoep you continue to improve. When you need more B vits please try the sublingual liquid as it is absorbed so much easier than tabs according to research. But glad it;s working a bit for you. :D

Bet it tastes better than the tabs too

On and off, seem to be better more days than I am bad though now, still in pain when I sit though
