My hubby has pinched them all he can eat all 4 in the pack lol
You can get them in all supermarkets in the yogurt aisle they come in packs of 4 for about 99p i think they have about 120-140 Kcals per small pot so 6-7 sins i think.
But the rolo ones have a chocolatey bit and in the middle its toffee Mmm Yummy!

Yes, Ladies, they are amazing!! But I went to WI this morning and only went and lost 1.5lbs which means I got my 1stone shiny! Woop woop!! Was so chuffed!! Mum was really pleased too as sh had to help me with WI!
So, am still in quite a lot of pain today and still soo drowsy just want to sleep all the time! But managed t resist it today by keeping my self busy! Went out to lunch at a garden centre and had a cheese ploughmans sandwich on brown bead and a third of a packets of crisps.
On the way back we thought we'd would pop into to my auntie and uncles, though only uncle was there and 2 of my cousins as other little one hadn't finished school, but I went with my uncle to pick her up, bless her she was soo surprised to see me! Hehe!
Don't really fancy any dinner yet tonight, may ave some soup later, but will have to see how I feel...

Morning Ladies,
Am feeling really rubbish today, I really need a good nights sleep, but my ankle isn't letting me and I am still in a lot of pain with it, even though I am having painkillers every 2 hours! Plus one lot of the pain killers make me soo drowsy, its horrible!
Am off to my Nan and Grandad's for lunch today, so not go a clue what food we'll be having, prob sandwiches and Nan normally does mine on brown bead for me - so that wont be too bad!

This pain thing is a damn nuisance...are you weight bearing or are you on crutches? I wonder if you're over doing things a bit? Maybe you should try to have a couple of days where you rest properly and elevate your leg? Give it a good chance to recover. I know it's boring but it might do the trick!

I am trying to rest it as much as possible. But yeah maybe I am over doing it... Have had my foot elevated most the day apart from the 5minute car journey to and from my Nan's I have got crutches and I am just about weight bearing on it. If it is still really painful on Monday, Mum will take me down the doctors and see if there is anything else.
Was a little naughty at Nan's, had french stick and 2 bits of flap jack! Yummy yummy!

I think French stick has healing properties and flap jack is a very good pain killer

Am feeling much better today - I had such a good nights sleep, finally!! First night I have slept properly since Sunday night! Though my ankle has paid for it as I slept in it awkwardly so I could get comfy sleeping!! Never mind - the pain killers will ease it!
So today is my works annual dog show - unfortunately I can't show Buddy, but I have entered him into some of the classes so Mum can show him, although she really doesn't want to! Haha! Buddy is entered into the Best Veteran and Golden Oldies! Hehe!
Later on today, James is coming down to pick me up, and I going to stay at his tonight, hoping my ankle will be okay, as he has 8 dogs who like to jump all over you!
