Good evening all. I'm afraid i can't stay for long again as i have to go back to school in half an hour to help out at panto.

Just popping by to report i lost 1lb at this weeks WI which i am really pleased with due to the quantity of alcohol at the weekend. I was good the rest of the time though So if i lose 1lb next week i will have lost 3 stone since starting. That would be a really nice milestone to be at before christmas.

Oh and i have a few more APs to pop onto my ticker even though i forgot to put it on yesterday. So i have now earnt 96.5 APs and only 3.5 to go! Hopefully i will be able to get that over the next couple of days.

I will try and catch up with a few more of you before i head out and then will return later on.

oOo i had a size 16 top on today and it fitted perfectly. Happy days.

Hope you had a good'un and wish me luck for the panto!!! Eeek.xxx
